Intentionally Designing Our New Office Space

Since AVentPro was founded 19 years ago, our team has experienced incredible growth - and now, so has our space!
We recently moved into our brand new office space. It’s our sixth space in the nearly 20 years we’ve been in business, and by far our biggest expansion - with good reason! We’ve expanded the size of our team, the scope of our operations, the services we offer, and, of course, the amount of equipment we have, and we’re excited to have a space that will continue to support the needs of our clients and our team as AVentPro grows.
When we first began planning our move into the new warehouse and office space, our team knew the importance of thoughtfully designing the office to have purpose-built spaces. The reason for this is two-fold: first, having purpose-built spaces allows us to be more organized and efficient, streamlining our operations while improving quality; and second, we know that world-class events don’t happen by accident. They are meticulously planned for. In order to produce great events, the production process needs to support the outcomes we want to achieve. That starts with a workspace that fosters collaboration, supports our workflow, and reduces the risk of challenges before and during events.

The Warehouse.

Because of its integral role in storing, maintaining, and delivering equipment to all of our events, the warehouse was the first space we designed. We’ve seen firsthand how a well-organized warehouse with dedicated spaces can optimize operations and streamline processes while improving quality, so with our new warehouse, we were determined to take things to the next level.
We carefully crafted a layout with dedicated prep areas so that equipment can be prepared for multiple events at once, ensuring that everything is exactly where it needs to be. In the same vein, we’ve created separate spaces for incoming and outgoing equipment. This allows us to immediately identify what equipment was recently used at an event and test it for quality control. We’ve installed power throughout the entire warehouse, making it easier to test equipment and perform quality control.
If we do identify any issues during quality control testing, we move the equipment to our workshop - a dedicated space for repairs and maintenance. Having this area allows us to perform any necessary repairs in-house before equipment is put away.
Our team invested in new 18ft pallet racking to give us more vertical storage for equipment. The racking helps us take advantage of the warehouse’s high ceilings, create extra room on the floor for better organization, and optimize our space.
While many of these steps may seem unnecessary, the AVentPro equipment inventory fills 10,000 square feet of space. Keeping our equipment organized so that it is always where we expect it to be and functioning as it should is essential in supporting high-quality events that shine.
The Studio.

Another purpose-built space in the new office is our studio, built to fill the growing need for dedicated spaces for virtual productions, live events, and other content creation. Custom-designed for ideal filming conditions, our large studio has high ceilings and an acoustical treatment to give incredible sound quality.
In order to make a space that can be used flexibly, we’ve installed ample power in the studio to accommodate the power needs of large-scale productions. With the ability to accommodate vehicles, clients are able to easily unload anything they may need, or even use vehicles while filming.
Finally, a dedicated entrance allows clients and technicians to easily access the studio without going through the office.
The Primary Office Space.

When designing the entire building, it was important to us that every job function and department - from the warehouse to the sales team - functioned seamlessly together. As the space where most of our team works when in the office, the primary office space was designed to foster a collaborative and cohesive atmosphere.
While some team members have individual offices where they can work, have small meetings, and take calls, there are several communal areas where teammates can work together.
The office has two primary meeting areas: a conference room for small team and client meetings, and a collaboration space. We also have a large boardroom for larger meetings and a lunchroom where our team can take a break during the day or craft services can use as needed for studio productions.
Our design team has a dedicated space where show designs (CAD drawings) can be created and that our production team can use as an edit suite.

Our goal as a team is simple: to produce the highest quality of events. We’ve been a part of this industry long enough to know that these outcomes are not achieved just on the day of the event, but are enabled by the right planning, teamwork, and processes. Our entire new space, from the warehouse to the studio to the office, was built to achieve incredible outcomes.
We’re incredibly proud of how the space has come together and the results it is already producing! We can’t wait to share it with you.
