Garry has been executing events for over 30 years and has been involved in all aspects of event production. He spends his time developing lasting relationships with his clients and enabling his team to grow with meaning and focus by sharing his vast experience in all areas of event production and operational procedures.
Director of Production
Jon has over 17 years of experience in the execution of events of all shapes and sizes. Jon sees the complete picture when it comes to producing successful events. He views every event as an opportunity to deliver an exceptional experience for clients and attendees. He is most passionate about “making it happen” and every single one of his clients has something positive to say about their experience.
Director of Operations
With over 20 years of experience in nearly every facet of the live events industry, Martin loves exploring technology, creating unique experiences, and building relationships with clients. He draws on his background as a technician, coordinator, venue manager, and more to work seamlessly with every member of our team and create incredible experiences.
Warehouse Manager
Trevor has literally grown up in the live event business. He approaches each day with a commitment to excellence and a can-do attitude. Trevor knows AVentPro’s inventory inside and out and effectively manages this inventory to ensure the team always has everything they need to produce successful events.
Event Technician
Craig holds a background in broadcast and video production/editing and has been working with AVentPro since 2013. He has run the AV departments at both Springs Church and Grant Memorial Church, and successfully executed hundreds of events. Craig’s knowledge and attention to detail ensure your events are a success.
Operations Manager
Whether he’s ensuring all events are thoroughly prepped and packed by managing all daily deadlines, lining up promising new event techs, meeting with account managers or managing the daily schedules for onsite crews, Luke is passionate about making sure the AVentPro team is set up for success and ready to execute perfect events.
Event Technician
Leo is an Audio Visual Technician with 20+ years of experience in the audio visual industry. He has worked primarily in Argentina, but he joins AVentPro with a wealth of knowledge and skill. His strengths and qualifications include being a Broadcasting professional and having a Master’s Degree in AV Production and Direction. Most importantly, Leo loves being able to make people’s visions come true.
Marketing Manager / Event Technician
Combining a background in concert and theatre production with corporate events, Madisson brings a unique perspective and innovative techniques to enhance client experiences. Since joining AVentPro in 2020, she’s contributed to both virtual and live events while continuing to engage with the live music and theatre industries. Known for her creativity, technical expertise, and passion for collaboration, Madisson thrives on delivering seamless and impactful productions.
Event Technician
With over 10 years of experience in the audio-visual industry, Mike specializes in audio, blending his passion as a musician with his technical expertise. Known for his problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering exceptional results, Mike has a strong background in sound engineering, LED panel assembly, and content creation. He thrives on teamwork, exploring the latest technologies, and ensuring every client leaves satisfied.
Videographer
James has over 25 years behind the lens and has been working with AVentPro since 2009. He is a highly experienced videographer, having worked for every major news network in Canada. James is always looking at the world through the camera lens and produces amazing video and photography for AVentPro’s clients.
