Our Quality Control Process
Seamless technical execution is one of, if not the, most important factors in creating a memorable live event experience. And technical excellence is only possible when equipment works exactly how we expect and need it to. That’s why the AVentPro team has developed a thorough quality control process. Check out our recent blog to learn more about what our quality control process entails and how it leads to great event outcomes.

A Memorable Outdoor Concert
An outdoor concert in Manitoba wouldn’t be complete without a little bit of rain, right?
Luckily, after about 20 minutes of light rain, the sun came out, allowing audience members to enjoy a beautiful summer day during July’s PBX Stageline Concert. Featuring headliner Emma Peterson and musical performances by The Jake Brakes and Don Amero, the day was full of great music, an energized crowd, and a memorable experience. (And, of course, great AV support!)
The Gimli International Film Festival
The Gimli Film Festival is one of the most unique outdoor experiences Manitoba has to offer - and we are thrilled that we got to be a part of it! The five-day film festival, which started in 2001, took place on Lake Winnipeg at the end of July, featured a different movie each evening.
See what the experience was like in the video above!

Celebrating Harry and Tavleen
From the speakeasy-style cocktail bar with a late-night Ramen snack to the primary reception space, dance floor, and more, not a detail was out of place at Tavleen and Harry’s wedding - production included! We loved supporting the newlyweds with all their AV needs and bringing such a beautiful celebration to life!
One of the highlights, however, came after the wedding, when the couple’s event planner shared their experience working with us. Check out the video to see images of the day and hear what the event planner had to say!

Making Events Memorable and Magical
One mark of an incredible event is that it runs so smoothly, attendees don’t realize all the moving pieces that made it possible. They don’t see the number of people working backstage or at the front of house table. They don’t know how many cues are on the show flow. They can’t fathom how many lights are stationed throughout the auditorium. They don’t realize that each speaker is placed strategically for consistent sound coverage. They certainly have no idea what kind of contingencies are in place in case any challenges do arise.
That’s the real value of a great event partner: event outcomes that look and feel nothing short of magical.
