Our Quality Control Process

Our team is committed to producing incredible event experiences for attendees. An important part of that experience? Seamless technical execution - which is only possible when our equipment works exactly how we expect and need it to, every time.
The AVentPro quality control process was designed to ensure that all of our equipment is working exactly as it should be before and after each event in order to create ideal event outcomes. In fact, our entire warehouse was designed to make it as easy as possible to test equipment and perform quality control inspections as soon as equipment enters the warehouse following an event.
Step One: Perform an Inspection.
Anytime gear comes back from an event, each kit is checked for:
- Physical damage, including dents, cracks, or broken parts
- Cosmetic condition, such as any wear, scratches, scuffs, or stains
- Sticker or barcode issues, making sure all stickers are intact and all barcodes can be scanned.
- Dirt and debris, like smudges and fingerprints
- Missing components, ensuring that there aren’t any parts or accessories missing
- Rust and water damage, including corrosion or moisture exposure
When new equipment is added to the inventory, we also turn it on to make sure it’s functioning properly and test that all channels are working and connecting.

Step Two: Take Action.
If anything does not pass the check, it gets sorted into one of two categories: quick repairs and maintenance or report issues requiring further attention.
Quick repairs and maintenance.
If anything needs a minor or relatively quick fix, it gets set aside for repairs and maintenance.
This may include cosmetic fixes, like cleaning equipment that is dirty or smudged, replacing an AVentPro sticker or the barcodes we use to keep equipment organized in the warehouse, or addressing scuff marks.
It can also include minor functional or structural repairs. Sometimes equipment is returned with a loose fastener that can be easily tightened, or missing screws and bolts. We handle these changes quickly, making sure that anything that is repaired or replaced is sturdy following our checks.
Report Issues Requiring Further Attention.
We know the importance of great equipment, which is why we invest in top-quality systems and technology. Because of that, we take great care of our gear. It’s rare that significant issues take place, but it can happen.
If there are any issues requiring diagnostics, specialized tools, or more extensive repairs, our Warehouse Manager, Trevor Hale, is notified.
This may be necessary if there is:
- Significant damage, like cracked gear
- Missing specialty components (anything other than standard hardware)
- Electrical or mechanical issues
- Rust or water damage that compromises the functionality of the equipment

Our team is passionate about creating great events, and we believe the entire production process needs to support the outcomes we’re looking to create. Part of that is making sure that our equipment is working exactly as we expect it to in order to significantly reduce the risk of challenges before, during, and after events.
We’d love to tell you more about our process! Contact our team at info@aventpro.com today to talk about any upcoming events you may have.
